To ensure that you receive the best doll, we strictly control the manufacturing process of the doll and check it before shipping. When you receive a sex doll, check the doll carefully to make sure it is in good condition. If you find any quality problems caused by non-human factors such as damage, please take photos, do not use it, and contact us at info@sexpuppenpro.com within 14 days. It has been confirmed that the product had quality defects. We will return the doll or exchange it for another one.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by replacing the original item or issuing a refund. There will be a restocking fee of 50 %. If you have already used the doll, we cannot issue a refund.

Damage and warranty

We do not offer refunds for any other reason unless the product arrives damaged.

However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours. It is important to provide as many details as possible, including all pictures and videos. In this case, please send an email to info@sexpuppenpro.com. Then we can work on solving the problem. Therefore, upon receipt, you must inspect the doll from head to toe before using it. This is very important.

If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not entitled to a return or exchange. You must use common sense and handle this item with care to avoid damaging the product.

We welcome any feedback as it can help us to work with the manufacturer to avoid these problems occurring in the future.

Order changes or cancelations

Order processing usually begins within 12 hours of receipt of the order. Therefore, please make sure that your order is correct before you click on the "Send" button. If we have already started processing your order and you still wish to cancel it, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20 % on your canceled order. If we have completed your doll and you insist on canceling your order, we will charge 50 % of the fee. In another case, we have not only finished your doll but also shipped it, then the order will not be canceled, please understand.

Undeliverable orders

Please be sure to enter your shipping information. You specify exactly how you want your shipping label printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 50 % handling fee and will not be refunded.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any action for legal or equitable relief arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the Belgian courts.
