Your order can be tracked online and is covered by your chosen courier's standard insurance. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you a tracking number. If the goods are lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, the carrier should be notified immediately. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will investigate the possible insurance claim and help you with the process. Therefore, you may need to provide us with some relevant photos or documents as proof. Depending on the situation, we will also consider resending or refunding.
